What does Diversity actually mean?

The meaning of Diversity :

Are you diverse in your business, do you offer inclusivity?

Have you ever looked at your business and asked yourself ‘am I doing everything I can to be inclusive?’

I know that I do as a wedding planner and now I am offering that same diversity for other suppliers, giving them the opportunity to build their portfolios.

I adore designing and creating fun weddings and love doing styled shoots, so I put together a styled shoot workshop for photographers that want to be creative and just play. It wasn't just for photographers it was also a chance for suppliers to be able to show their skills without being normal - who wants normal anyway… I don't

I hosted my first wedding styled shoot workshop in Brighton a couple of weeks ago called Diversity Wedding Workshops. The workshop is based on fun styles but the main highlight is, that we used real Diverse Couple.

Our first one went off like a bang, we of course had some bumps on the way (no one is perfect) but we had fun. The design was based around xmas and covid… sounds odd but I thought planning a fun festive colourful shoot would help photographers and suppliers forget about what's happened and just enjoy. I think it worked. All the photographers had a great time, the help of course from the gorgeous fun couple Dan & Rhys - who just rocked it.

We had some great suppliers on board who provided some amazing products and two stylists who just wowed the room - the end result well…

Here are the photos to prove it. Enjoy
